Convert text to binary, and then convert binary to decimal. Unfortunately "helpimtrappedinauniversefactory" doesn't occur in the first 200,000,000 digits of Pi. The NERSC Pi searcher does up to 4 billion bits, but only lets you find strings of up to 10 text characters.
