Message of the Day:

Bored? You'll find something new to do at MindThrow! Be a pal and Digg the MindThrow launch announcement (only takes 30 seconds).

Largely because of the electability and supreme court issue I filled in the bubble for John McCain this morning. Ehhhh.

Interesting note: when I approached the sign-up table the lady there reached for a Democrat ballot until I told her I wanted the Republican one. Do I look like a Democrat? Or were there just so many Democrats voting this morning that she was acting by reflex?

I despise McCain, and I think that the electability argument is nonsense. If McCain wins the nomination, then I see no reason to vote in the general election.

It's just like 1996, the last time the Republicans ran a moderate based on his supposed electability. McCain might win part of the center, but he'll lose a huge portion of the right.

BB: Well, like I said, I think the imminent supreme court vacancies are a compelling reason to make sure the Democrats don't win. I generally agree with you as far as McCain goes. Also like I said, "Ehhhhh".
