The videos of Ezra Levant addressing the Canadian Human Rights Commission are priceless. I can't believe he was actually dragged before a "court" to answer for publishing the Danish cartoons of Mohammad in the Weekly Standard. Hopefully Canadians will see and object to how their government bureaucrats are spending their tax dollars.

I am sure many Canadians do object but just like Americans with the Democrats, they keep voting in left-leaning bureaucrats who screw them over. How's that gun registry program going you morons?

6K: I think part of the problem isn't just politicians, but the bureaucrats themselves. People who gravitate towards those sorts of positions tend to be meddling do-gooders who think the world will be better off if they control everything. Bureaucracies are all inclined towards maximizing their own power at the expense of their "customers'" freedom.

MW: I agree with you 100%. The Politicians are the ones facilitating and enabling the bureaucracies in the first place. You need programs to put bureaucrats in place, then yes, they attract the type of people who like power and what they can do with it.
