The comment login system is acting strange. If you get an error message saying you aren't logged in when you are, just reload the comment page and try again. I'm trying to track this bug down, but it's not easy.
If the wife gives her hubby permission to fornicate with another woman and is in the same room because she likes to watch, then no it should not be considered adultery.
However, it would be an F'ed up marriage and I don't want to know how such people would end up raising their kids. They are the type of people that could make same-sex couples look good as parents.
I know people who 'swing' and I can tell you that the practice leads to divorce. The kind of people who engage in practices like this will find their lives unraveling eventually.
It wouldn't really be adultery because my wife would probably be stabbing or shooting me, so it would in fact be murder.
