If two British men are walking towards each other in a hallway, does each man move towards his own left to let the other pass? In America, we walk on the right side of a hallway just like we drive on the right side of the road, and I'm curious if Brits tend to walk on the left.

I can't speak about the British, but I can say that Koreans who drive on the left side of the road, also pass each other on the left side of the sidewalk. It took me some time to get used to, but after a couple of months it wasn't a problem. I had to transition back when I got home after almost two years of doing it "backwards."
You mean Japanese. Koreans drive on the right, Japanese drive on the left (I was just in both countries last week).
That being said, in Japan, they go to the left in passing, just like they drive.
