I generally hate Carl's Jr. / Hardee's, but this afternoon after church my wife and I drive through and I got a Six Dollar Burger. It was the best burger I've ever had, and I've had plenty. I wouldn't say that I'm a huge fan of burgers, but sometimes I'm in the mood for one, and the Six Dollar Burger was just amazing.
Downside: It has enough calories to sustain an Ethiopian village for a month.

Yea those burgers are good. Best in the fast food business no question about it. But Hardees / Carls Jr. has serious marketing problems. They came out with the whole thick burger / $6 burger stuff using real meat etc... that was good but they have such a tainted name from years of universally bad service and bad food that no one will give them a chance. Now that they have the best burger they should just change their name & colors and start a whole new marketing campaign with a new image. Anyway...
Sometimes I need a break from philosophy & theology and just settle for good ole' burgerology.
I eat far more chicken than I do beef, but sometimes there's no substitute for a good burger.. or a good filet.
