Hey Michael, nice link! My mom is a real estate agent and she didn't know about this. Now that I sent her the link, she says she'll use it every day, because it's easier to navigate than the tools she's using now. Thanks!
Note that it's out of date. The house two doors from mine sold three months ago for $200K more than what is listed on the site.
