I got a very frustrating email from my PhD advisor last night. I spent three months working on my dissertation between the last version and the one he just saw, but based on his comments it looks like it got worse. I really need to finish this thing so I can move on to other areas of life, but at this rate it seems like I never will.

Hugs!!!! I know how you feel. Breathe. Go for a walk. Have acoffe or another BEvERage, if you are so inclined. And then focus on what the new changes he wants really are.
But then again, why has your advisor let you go 3 months without reading thru your progress? Methinks your advisor is being a bit of an ass.

ctg: Yeah, I'm trying to relax a little, but it's not easy. My advisor reads what I send him, I just had been working on that rev for 3 months. Eh. Thanks for the sympathy.
