This is a threat I'd take seriously.
A routine property dispute in Juhu took a bizarre twist recently. William Nadar, a Juhu resident, has accused a hotel owner of trying to grab his house by threatening to get his daughter raped by dogs trained for the purpose.

I don't want to begin to imagine how one would train dogs to rape women. I really hope that guy wasn't serious in his threat to unleash the dogs.
While hating to admit a bit of disgusting trivia in the back of my mind, I've heard of this before. I specifically remember reading that some south american secret police had dogs trained this way to use for torture. I think was in a book I read on brainwashing in the early 80s. Maybe things have changed.
Creeps me out to know that is even in my head, much less the hearts of actual human beings.
Uruguay's secret police, I think, had done this training.
Oh yes, and just wait til you hear about Uruguay's specially-trained cats that beat up old ladies crossing the street.

I don't know if I believe this. Sounds like an urban legend to me.
