I stubbed my whole entire foot this morning on an axe handle while I was running. I don't think it's broken, because I can move my toesies, but it still hurts.

Care to tell us why you carry an axe on your morning job? Rough neighborhood i guess....

I've broken toes on two occasions. Here what happens: You go to doctor or emergency room and an X-ray taken

Doctor loks at x-ray and says "yep, you got a broken toe. See the fracture right there?".

You say, "so what do I do?"

"Well, there isn't a lot you can do with a broken toe. Just try to stay off of it as much as you can. Ice it down some to get the swelling down. Should be okay in a few weeks. That will be $500."

Michael: I feel your pain. (Got any interns I can borrow?)

Mitch: Yah, me, too. I do Ving Tsun kung fu barefoot and break a toe a couple of times a year. I don't even bother going to the doc because there's nothing they can and will do. I just swear when it happens, limp for a few weeks, and work on hand moves rather than leg moves for a while.

DM: Nothing's broken, thankfully.

SF: If I had interns they would be fully occupied.
