My stepmother is that much older than my father and it hasn't been a problem for the last 30 years.
I've been married for three decades to a woman older than myself, but that is only by months so it doesn't really count. My wee wifey's stepmother is younger than she is, and that relationship lasted over twenty years, until my father-in-law passed away.
