It has been brought to my attention that my night color scheme sucks. If anyone out there is willing to take a look at the style-sheet and suggest some alternate colors, I will be your best friend forever.

can you post the nighttime stylesheet somewhere so we can d/l it?
oh nevermind, i grabbed it just now - i'll let you know if i come up with anything.
check your e-mail, there should be something there for you...
Thanks for working that up. Everyone can check out the style-sheet that JB built here. I agree it's more readable, but maybe something with a little more color?
the blue is better... but i still say black background is hard to read on.
Well can you think of a night-ish scheme with a light bg?
yeah. i told you, check my archives. rad 80s colors, man - black background everywhere but where the text is. then it's white, so you can read on it. but then you have fun with hot colors everywhere else.
it could be done with blue or green instead of orange, too.
Yeah I looked at it. I'll try something like it tonight if I'm home.
too much pastel, though... think "bad ass" and you'll be on the right track.
you know, "night," like "night life," not "night light." more "bud light."
IMHO. ;)
I don't know if orange is my color. I like the idea of having dark letters on a light bg, what do you think, JB? I don't find the light colors on dark bg hard to read, but some people do.
It's more colorful, and in the right direction.
"I like the idea of having dark letters on a light bg, what do you think, JB?"
well it is your site...i just figured black bg would be the most obvious choice for night colors. i'll see what i can do at any rate.
great! now are we bff?
