The comment login system is acting strange. If you get an error message saying you aren't logged in when you are, just reload the comment page and try again. I'm trying to track this bug down, but it's not easy.
I like being surprised by Google when they have a holiday version of their logo. I just have to remind myself to actually visit the site instead of using my toolbar.
Exactly, it's like finding a little treat.
Not only that, but if you roll your mouse over that image, the search conducted (if you click) is for "History of Independence Day."
